This document sets forth the terms and conditions (the“Terms<\/strong>“) that govern your use of the Site and the purchase of products offered through the Site. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site. <\/p>\n By using the Site or making a purchase, you (hereinafter, the“Customer<\/strong>” or“User<\/strong>“) represent that:<\/p>\n If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the authorization of your parent or legal guardian to make any purchase.<\/p>\n \u00cdDOLOS sells memorabilia signed or related to sports, music and entertainment figures (jerseys, balls, bats, gloves, helmets, photographs, posters, etc.).<\/p>\n All signed items offered on the Site carry a certificate of authenticity issued by an internationally recognized authority:<\/p>\n The certificate is delivered physically with the product and, in some cases, also in digital form. \u00cdDOLOS guarantees the authenticity under the criteria of the corresponding certificate provider. <\/p>\n \u00cdDOLOS uses reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, images, descriptions and prices are accurate. However, there may be typographical errors, minor variations in color or product details due to lighting conditions, Customer’s monitor or the unique nature of each item. If the product received differs materially from its description, the Customer may exercise the exchange or return rights described in section 8 and in the Return Policy<\/a>. <\/p>\n The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the product.<\/p>\n The Site accepts credit\/debit cards, interest-free months, SPEI transfer and cash payment at convenience stores (when enabled). For complete details, terms and conditions of interest-free months, anti-fraud, tokenization and refund procedures, please see the Payment Terms<\/strong><\/a>which are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. <\/p>\n If you require an electronic invoice (CFDI), you must request it within the same calendar month of the purchase through the e-mail hola@idolos.mx,<\/a> providing: company name, RFC, tax regime, zip code of the tax domicile and use of CFDI. After this period, it will not be possible to issue the invoice due to SAT restrictions. <\/p>\n \u00cdDOLOS reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that show signs of fraud, false information or breach of these Terms, refunding the amounts paid.<\/p>\n \u00cdDOLOS ships throughout the Mexican Republic. For international shipments, please contact customer service to verify availability and costs. <\/p>\n Estimated processing and delivery times, parcel carriers used, packing protocol, shipping insurance, receiving instructions, delivery address and policies for lost or damaged packages are set forth in the Shipping Policy<\/strong><\/a>which is an integral part of these Terms.<\/p>\n Reference period: the risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the Customer at the time the parcel is delivered by the courier to the address indicated. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide a correct address and to ensure that someone is present to receive the shipment. <\/p>\n The Customer may request cancellation of an order before<\/strong> the order has been shipped. Once the order is in transit, no cancellations will be accepted; however, the Customer may exercise the return procedure described in section 8 and in the Return Policy<\/a>. <\/p>\n The Customer has a period of 30 calendar days<\/strong> from receipt of the product to request a return for regret, provided that the product complies with the return conditions (original packaging, certificates of authenticity, labels and complete accessories).<\/p>\n For returns due to defect, shipping error or material discrepancy with the description<\/strong>, the deadline is 72 hours<\/strong> from receipt to report the incident. \u00cdDOLOS assumes the cost of return shipping in these cases. <\/p>\n Detailed conditions (eligible products, step-by-step procedure, return shipping costs, refund terms, exchanges and exchanges) are set out in the Return Policy<\/strong><\/a>which is an integral part of these Terms.<\/p>\n The return provisions apply without prejudice to the Customer’s rights under Article 56 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law (revocation of consent within 5 business days for door-to-door or electronic sales).<\/p>\n Idols guarantees:<\/p>\n IDOLOS does not guarantee the appreciation, revaluation or performance of the product as an investment. The account is personal, unique and non-transferable. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password and all activities performed through his account. <\/p>\n \u00cdDOLOS may suspend or terminate accounts that show fraudulent activity, false data, conduct that violates these Terms or are used for other than authorized purposes.<\/p>\n All contents of the Site (text, images, product photographs, logos, graphics, source code, design, database, trademarks) are the property of \u00cdDOLOS or its licensors and are protected by the Federal Copyright Law, the Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property and applicable international treaties.<\/p>\n It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, sell or commercially exploit any content of the Site without prior written authorization from \u00cdDOLOS. The use of trademarks of third parties (sports clubs, leagues, players, artists) corresponds exclusively to their respective owners and is used only for descriptive purposes of the product, without affiliation or implicit sponsorship. <\/p>\n The Customer undertakes not to:<\/p>\n Failure to comply with the above may result in account suspension or termination and, if applicable, legal action.<\/p>\n To the maximum extent permitted by law, \u00cdDOLOS shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n \u00cdDOLOS’ total liability for any claim arising from a specific order is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for such order.<\/p>\n The foregoing does not limit the Customer’s rights as a consumer under the Federal Consumer Protection Law.<\/p>\n The processing of the Customer’s personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice<\/a> (full version) and the Cookie Policy<\/a>, which form an integral part of these Terms.<\/p>\n \u00cdDOLOS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting on the Site. You are encouraged to periodically review this page. When changes are material, \u00cdDOLOS will post a prominent notice on the home page or by e-mail. <\/p>\n Purchases made prior to the effective date of the amendments will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n In accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, in case of dissatisfaction with a product or service purchased through the Site, the Customer may file a complaint with the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO):<\/strong><\/p>\n These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
