Welcome to idolos.mx (the“Site“). This document sets forth the terms and conditions (the“Terms“) that govern your use of the Site and the purchase of products offered through the Site. By accessing, browsing, registering or making a purchase, you expressly agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

2. Acceptance and legal capacity

By using the Site or making a purchase, you (hereinafter, the“Customer” or“User“) represent that:

  • You are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to contract under Mexican law.
  • The information it provides is truthful, accurate, up-to-date and complete.
  • You have read, understand and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, the Cookie Policy, the Return Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Payment Terms.
  • You will use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the authorization of your parent or legal guardian to make any purchase.

3. Products: memorabilia with certificate of authenticity

ÍDOLOS sells memorabilia signed or related to sports, music and entertainment figures (jerseys, balls, bats, gloves, helmets, photographs, posters, etc.).

3.1. Guarantee of authenticity

All signed items offered on the Site carry a certificate of authenticity issued by an internationally recognized authority:

  • PSA/DNA (Professional Sports Authenticator)
  • JSA (James Spence Authentication)
  • Beckett Authentication Services
  • Internal IDOLOS certificate, supported with video and photograph of the session, when the signature comes from a signing session covered directly by the Company.

The certificate is delivered physically with the product and, in some cases, also in digital form. ÍDOLOS guarantees the authenticity under the criteria of the corresponding certificate provider.

3.2. Product description

ÍDOLOS uses reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, images, descriptions and prices are accurate. However, there may be typographical errors, minor variations in color or product details due to lighting conditions, Customer’s monitor or the unique nature of each item. If the product received differs materially from its description, the Customer may exercise the exchange or return rights described in section 8 and in the Return Policy.

4. Prices, taxes and payment methods

4.1. Prices

  • Prices shown on the Site are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, unless otherwise indicated.
  • ÍDOLOS reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one in force at the moment of confirming the purchase.
  • In case of obvious typographical error resulting in a price clearly disproportionate to the market value, IDOLOS reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the Customer any amount paid.

4.2. Shipping costs and payment methods

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the product.

The Site accepts credit/debit cards, interest-free months, SPEI transfer and cash payment at convenience stores (when enabled). For complete details, terms and conditions of interest-free months, anti-fraud, tokenization and refund procedures, please see the Payment Termswhich are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

4.3. Billing

If you require an electronic invoice (CFDI), you must request it within the same calendar month of the purchase through the e-mail [email protected], providing: company name, RFC, tax regime, zip code of the tax domicile and use of CFDI. After this period, it will not be possible to issue the invoice due to SAT restrictions.

5. Purchase process

  1. The Customer selects the products and adds them to the cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout providing shipping, contact and payment information.
  3. Confirms the order and authorizes the charge.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
  5. ÍDOLOS verifies the payment. Once confirmed, prepares the order for shipment.
  6. An e-mail with the tracking guide is sent when the order leaves the warehouse.

ÍDOLOS reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that show signs of fraud, false information or breach of these Terms, refunding the amounts paid.

6. Shipping and delivery

ÍDOLOS ships throughout the Mexican Republic. For international shipments, please contact customer service to verify availability and costs.

Estimated processing and delivery times, parcel carriers used, packing protocol, shipping insurance, receiving instructions, delivery address and policies for lost or damaged packages are set forth in the Shipping Policywhich is an integral part of these Terms.

Reference period: the risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the Customer at the time the parcel is delivered by the courier to the address indicated. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide a correct address and to ensure that someone is present to receive the shipment.

7. Cancellations

The Customer may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped. Once the order is in transit, no cancellations will be accepted; however, the Customer may exercise the return procedure described in section 8 and in the Return Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

The Customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return for regret, provided that the product complies with the return conditions (original packaging, certificates of authenticity, labels and complete accessories).

For returns due to defect, shipping error or material discrepancy with the description, the deadline is 72 hours from receipt to report the incident. ÍDOLOS assumes the cost of return shipping in these cases.

Detailed conditions (eligible products, step-by-step procedure, return shipping costs, refund terms, exchanges and exchanges) are set out in the Return Policywhich is an integral part of these Terms.

The return provisions apply without prejudice to the Customer’s rights under Article 56 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law (revocation of consent within 5 business days for door-to-door or electronic sales).

9. Warranties

Idols guarantees:

  • The authenticity of the articles signed in accordance with the corresponding certificate.
  • That the product received corresponds to the description published on the Site in its material aspects.
  • Compliance with the terms and obligations derived from the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC).

IDOLOS does not guarantee the appreciation, revaluation or performance of the product as an investment. Memorabilia is subject to the fluctuations of the collectibles market.

10. User account

The Customer can register an account to expedite future purchases, consult its history and save addresses. The account is personal, unique and non-transferable. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password and all activities performed through his account.

ÍDOLOS may suspend or terminate accounts that show fraudulent activity, false data, conduct that violates these Terms or are used for other than authorized purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All contents of the Site (text, images, product photographs, logos, graphics, source code, design, database, trademarks) are the property of ÍDOLOS or its licensors and are protected by the Federal Copyright Law, the Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property and applicable international treaties.

It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, sell or commercially exploit any content of the Site without prior written authorization from ÍDOLOS. The use of trademarks of third parties (sports clubs, leagues, players, artists) corresponds exclusively to their respective owners and is used only for descriptive purposes of the product, without affiliation or implicit sponsorship.

12. User conduct

The Customer undertakes not to:

  • Use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of these Terms.
  • Impersonating third parties or using false information.
  • Engage in practices that compromise the security of the Site (hacking attempts, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, denial of service attacks).
  • Publish offensive, defamatory or infringing content in reviews, comments or any section of the Site.
  • Transacting with credit cards or means of payment that do not belong to you or without the authorization of the cardholder.

Failure to comply with the above may result in account suspension or termination and, if applicable, legal action.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ÍDOLOS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Site.
  • Loss of profits, data, business opportunities or reputation.
  • Interruptions, technical failures, software errors, cyber attacks or any other force majeure event affecting the availability of the Site.
  • Delays or non-compliance of parcels or third party suppliers.
  • Information, products or third party sites linked from the Site.

ÍDOLOS’ total liability for any claim arising from a specific order is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for such order.

The foregoing does not limit the Customer’s rights as a consumer under the Federal Consumer Protection Law.

14. Privacy and personal data

The processing of the Customer’s personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice (full version) and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

15. Modifications to the Terms

ÍDOLOS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting on the Site. You are encouraged to periodically review this page. When changes are material, ÍDOLOS will post a prominent notice on the home page or by e-mail.

Purchases made prior to the effective date of the amendments will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.

16. PROFECO – Consumer Service

In accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, in case of dissatisfaction with a product or service purchased through the Site, the Customer may file a complaint with the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO):

17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For the interpretation, execution and fulfillment of the same, as well as to resolve any controversy that may arise, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.

18. Final notice / severability clause

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. ÍDOLOS’s failure or forbearance to enforce any provision shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to enforce such provision in the future.
